January Classes

January Classes - Please pre-register - as always, we're flexible, so if dates or times don't work for you, let us know.

Most classes are four 2 hour lessons.

Monday Jan. 7 : 2 - 4 pm - Fingerless Gloves featuring Marlaine's gorgeous entrelac cuff pattern.  Instructor: Marlaine Cost: $50. + materials 

Tuesday Jan. 8  10 - noon - No-Sew Hoodie - Elly's 'Benjamin' pattern which is a baby / toddler hoodie (very cute!).  Instructor: Elly Cost: $50. + materials

Tuesday Jan. 8 : 2 - 4 pm  - "Sockistas" - knit a pair of socks together from the toe up on 2 circular needles.  Instructor: Roisin Cost: $75. + materials (The 'Sockista' class is on-going, start any Tuesday and finish when you're done.)

Wednesday Jan. 9 : 11- 1pm - Beginners Continental style knitting.  If you're just starting to knit, returning to knitting, or have never knit before, this is for you.  Instructor: Roisin Cost: $50. + materials

Wednesday Jan. 9 : 1 - 3 pm - Knitted Felted Slippers (Fibre Trends pattern). Instructor: Joanne.  Cost: $50 + materials

Thursday Jan 10 :  Evening class - 6 - 7:30pm - with Marlaine.  Late store opening night too.  Start a project, help with something you're working on, either knit or crochet. $10.00 drop-in fee (weekly)

Friday Jan. 11:  1 - 3 pm - Crochet Beanie with Marlaine.  For experienced crocheters.  (Marlaine's 'learn to crochet' class will start later in January)

Sat Jan 12:  10 - noon - Circular Shawl (Jude Skeers pattern) Instructor: Roisin.  Cost: $50.00 + materials

Sat Jan 12:   1-3 pm  - Baby Surprise Jacket with BSJ Specialist, Lynda  Cost: $50.00 + material. Lynda uses Elizabeth Zimmerman's original pattern but made easy by Lynda.
