There is a Wednesday class with Jude Skeers to knit this lovely elongated wrap/shawl. I'm taking it, and in preparation for it, I am sloo-owly casting on 288 stitches of a picot edge. If you've ever done this pretty easy--and pretty--cast on, you will know that for every stitch you've made, it took 7. So, yes, that is over 2000 stitches, and I am a slow knitter. But I was really slow this morning because I had "help". Casper seems to like the Debbie Bliss "Party Angel" mohair and silk yarn.
