Maria's beautiful baby blanket. Ella Rae Chunky superwash, so nice and squishy. Baby will love it...we all do and it's great choice of pattern. Congrats (again!) Maria.

Laura's Baby Blanket
This is a close-up of Laura's lovely Malabrigo Rios baby blanket. It's another GBOW fave baby blanket
pattern! The stitch is called 'Mock HoneyComb' and Laura reports that it was
'easy'. And it looks great.

Miruh's Baby Bunting
Miruh's latest masterpiece! Her expected grandbabe will be so cozy and warm. This pattern worked well with minor tweaks! The yarn is Viking superwash and we love how the variegation looks. What you can't see very well is the totally modern, totally useful slots, one front and one back, for the seat belt of a baby seat to slide through. And the nice finishing on the bottom which is sewn together now for a newborn, and then can be opened up when the baby gets longer.

A Hat By Grandma Wendy
Wendy put tons of Grandma love into this Sirdar Baby Crofter for her first
granddaughter whose birth is imminent! (Although she could be here, seeing I am slow getting this posted).
Can't wait to see photos of baby wearing her 'Grandma outfit'.

Sophie And Nari Learn To Knit
Gaye's lovely granddaughters Sophie and Nari spent some of their holiday time here with Grandma and Grandpa learning to knit.
Roisin says they were a 'treat to teach'. Sophie completed her toque in a few very quick lessons, Nari did very well, and is almost finished hers. Expect amazing knitting from them in the years to come!

Busy Hillary
Hillary has been very busy. She has made this cute sweater, knit top down using up 100%
wool left overs. Love the special look she achieved on the sleeves.....totally cool
Hillary!
Also....Hillary is now our expert on Lundie Hoodies. This is the first one knit with this vibrant red Chunky Marble. It looks great.
