Carola's Almost Done Socks

Dedicated Sockista Carola putting finishing touches to socks--two knitted at the same time.  At this moment, she is doing the crochet cast off, next will be the afterthought heel. Carola has a great trick for keeping the two balls of yarn separate from one another....she sticks the balls into the socks. Because they are knit from the toe up, they make little bags very early in the process. Ta-da! Instant yarn holders.
