Knitting In The Public Store

The weather really was not cooperative this morning. When I got to the store and the Loopy Lounge around 11am, the rain was lashing against the south-east facing windows. Not weather to be sitting out on the lawn knitting.

So, instead of knitting out in the "big public" outdoors, attendees knitted in the dry, warm "small public" Loopy Lounge. Roisin generously provided California rolls, and muffins, and chips and dip, and it was most companionable.

Johanna was spinning, and I discovered that the sound of a spinning wheel is soothing. Here is a photo of Johanna spinning, amid her piles of wool.
