Elfrieda's Very Special Socks

A big shout-out to Elfrieda. Her only experience with knitting prior to making these socks was fluffy frilly scarf knitting. She joined our Sockistas class--and chose the most difficult colour to knit with--and proceeded to learn by trial and error.
Here is the end result and she is PROUD! And she should be.
She's started her second pair of socks that she's finding much easier to make.
